This is the final product of a historic renovation that we did for a client working with National and State Historic Preservation. This building was nearly a blank slate on the interior as everything had been gutted prior to our client’s acquisition. There are now 9 luxury apartments with 3 different floor plans each with in-unit laundry, storage units, private parking lot, and security.
