Bill Miller is an excellent representative and consultant for your project ideas and concerns, and has been with our team since 2013. Framing, concrete, roofing, fine wood carpentry, heavy equipment operation, metal fabrication, new construction, historic renovation, and commercial build-outs are on the short list of his extended construction experience making him a true JC Smith LLC Preferred Construction Expert.
Pat's interest in construction started when he was just 12; when his parents hired a man to remodel their home. He would follow him around, asking questions and generally getting in the way. He started giving Pat small things to do, and then hired him to work on his farm at 14 years old. By the time Pat graduated high school, he was hired to work on the construction crew. Pat had his first contractor’s license in 1987, and has been actively involved in the trade ever since. He has extensive history as a Master Plumber, Class 1 Septic Installer, Residential Contractor, and General Contractor. This experience enables Pat to not only hone in on what you want from your project, but also to understand the required steps to bring your dream to reality and ensure your satisfaction.
Accounting & Admin. Manager
Ron is always available to discuss your contracted draws and balance. He supports construction compliance, accounts receivable and payables, bank communications, payroll and all functions of business and management.
Administrative and Customer Support
Danielle joined our team in July of 2019. She supports Ron in the accounting department along with supporting our team and customers. Danielle has been in the Administration/Bookkeeping field for over 10 years and has a background in accounting and business management. She loves the challenges the construction business can present and enjoys being a part in making our customers dreams come true.
Service & Warranty Manager
Dave functions as the ultimate evidence of our guarantee that you will love your investment. Thankfully we don't have a lot of service calls so Dave is also a Foreman.
Chip manages your custom home architectural plans. He designs and administers your lot evaluations and supports the contract process. He qualifies subcontractors, vendors, and preferred construction methods to get you the best value.
