  8. Do you offer assistance with design decisions?
  9. Do you guarantee the quality of your work?
  10. How do you communicate throughout the project?
  11. What is and isn’t included in your services?
  12. Can you ensure my home will be energy efficient?
  13. What separates you from other home builders?
  14. Can my lawyer review our contract before we sign?
  15. Can you provide a few local references who I could speak to?
