We Strive for Excellence in Every Element of Your Custom Home Construction Experience

We’ve been through the custom home construction process enough times to get it—the process of bringing your vision of your custom home to life is both incredibly exciting, and a little terrifying.

We understand the immense trust our clients are placing in us when they decide to partner with us to construct their custom home, and we don’t take that trust lightly. So to make sure your custom home construction journey is as seamless, simple, and stress-free as possible, we’ve mastered and streamlined our process with your happiness in mind.

Our Custom Home Construction Process

1. Nice to meet you!

Our construction process begins with a simple introduction. Whether we meet in person or through virtual correspondence, we’ll take our time learning more about you, your vision, your budget, and your expectations. We’ll also provide you with lots of info about who we are, what we do, and what similar projects we’ve completed in the past.

2. Custom Home Details

We’ll get together in person to talk in more depth about what your custom home construction experience will entail. We’ll cover everything from cost projection, to spec features, to custom features and lot criteria. We’ll even have a nifty Custom Home Presentation slide show to show you.

3.Design Time

With a simple contract, we are compensated to professionally design the client’s custom plans. This usually takes about two to three weeks.

4. Plan Finalization

We’ll finalize your plans and work on getting hard bids.

5. Polishing Plans
We’ll polish your plans and features, as well as set up a contract and coordinate our contract signature meeting.

6. Sign on the Line

This is where we sign your contract(s) and collect the EMD Deposit.

7. The Fun Begins

Time to dig in! The fun part kicks off with our pre-construction meeting. We’ll add your start date to our production schedule and prepare to get your project rolling.

8. Professional Designer Selection Process
We’ll choose the perfect professional designer to help bring your custom home to life.

Your custom home is an expression of your family, so completing your project with integrity, transparency, and excellence means the world to us. We’re committed to honoring your vision while providing you with full confidence in the final product of our work together.
